We both decided to attend a Twins game on June 15, 2012. Little did we know that this decision would bring us together.

The first meeting was at the box office where we were both looking for last minutes tickets to the game. Ben and his friend had just purchased bleacher seat tickets when they saw 2 girls arrive at the next ticket window. Ali and her friend were offered obstructed view bleacher tickets and were skeptical until Ben and his friend invited them to watch the game with them. 

We all ended up sitting by each other at the game, and got on the Jumbotron twice. After the game we went out for drinks and Ben asked for Ali’s number. The next day, Ben called Ali and asked her out on a date.  

Two years later, for Ali's Birthday, Ben wrapped up a pair of Twins tickets with an engagement ring! 

We will be getting married on February 28, 2015 at the Ocean Coral & Turquesa resort in Puerto Morales (just south of Cancun). The ceremony will take place on the beach at 4 pm. Please dress in casual attire. After the wedding we will have a dinner and dance on a terrace overlooking the ocean. Bring your best dance moves! Email your reception song requests to either Ali or Ben.  

To book your trip please click the guest registration button on the Save the Date email. Once that is submitted, Kathy, our travel agent will give you a quote. You will get a discount for booking as part of the wedding party. In addition if you find a better price elsewhere, let Kathy know, she can usually match it. A deposit must be made when you book your trip but the balance is not due until January 2015.

You can come for as many or as few days as you like. We will be at the resort from February 25 to March 3, 2015. We are looking forward to having fun in the sun with our guests! 

We understand that not everyone will be able to attend our wedding in Mexico. We will be having a reception in Minnnesota on June 13, 2015. More details will be mailed to guests as we get closer to the date.
