Sean and Krista met through friends.  They hung out multiple times before they decided to exchange numbers.  They went on to share many exciting adventures and memories for the next 2 years.   

In February, Sean and Krista decided to take a trip to California to visit wine country and friends.  It was the evening of February 13, 2014. Sean and Krista were headed out to dinner at La Salette for Krista's birthday. Sean, with nerves in his stomach and an engagement ring in his pants pocket, didn't show any signs of anxiety.  Krista was oblivious.  Sean insisted that they walk to the restaurant and back since it was a beautiful evening and could walk through Sonoma Square.  On the way back to the hotel, Sean thought it would be nice to walk through the square specifically on the bridge over the pond.  Sean got down on one knee and expressed to Krista how much he loved her and asked “Krista, will you marry me”.  She said yes, only after shouting aloud “What?  Is this really happening?” Sean and Krista are both looking forward to sharing this moment with each of you. 

Our love for traveling and the beach makes our destination wedding no surprise to anyone.  The ceremony and reception will take place at the Ka'anapali Beach Hotel in Maui, Hawaii on 3/30/15. Our wedding reception will follow our ceremony.  All the information is being worked out and you should be receiving our invitations soon.  We will have a reception back in Minnesota on June 27, 2015 for those who cannot attend the wedding in Hawaii.  More information about this will be included in the wedding invitations.  This will be an event to remember and we can't wait to share it with all of you.

We are hiking Haleakala! We will be leaving Kaanapali Beach Hotel at 3:30 PM for the sunset.

Our last day in Maui! If you still here join us on Kaanapali Beach to relax a few more hours in the sun. Our flight leaves at 1:30 PM.
